Loys brings a strong background in real estate and customer service to her role as Director of Operations. With experience as a Property Manager and Inside Sales Agent (ISA), she has a deep understanding of transaction coordination, marketing, and database management. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Loys held various leadership roles in the banking and software development sectors, where she honed her skills in customer service and sales.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, Loys plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the team in delivering exceptional service to clients.
Outside of work, Loys enjoys walking and running, baking, reading, eating out, and watching movies with her husband. She's also a proud pet owner, sharing her home with over 10 cats and 3 dogs.
